HEALTHY PORTIONS MEAL COMPANY was established almost five years ago when owner and creator Chazzie Williams was inspired to help her fitness clients in their quest for optimum fitness, weight loss, and better health. Coupled with her desire to help her clients with healthy food choices, Chazzie, an Italian who loves to express her creativity in her recipes, wanted her healthy food also to be delicious. These culinary delights include customer favorites such as NOLA-style Barbeque shrimp, pizza with high protein zero net carbs crust, Jalapeno chicken salad, shrimp and cauliflower grits, zero net carb quesadillas, lasagna, grilled chicken wrap, grilled BLT wrap, and even barbeque pulled pork with cauliflower mac and cheese for a taste of a traditional Southern pairing. With a new DIY launch, customers who enjoy preparing their meals can now get the delightful flavors and fresh ingredients Healthy Meals is known for and create their favorite dish at home. The DIY meals contain the same freshly made condiments, including 0 net carbs, gluten-free brown gravy, clean, sugar-free salad dressings, choice of honey Dijon or balsamic vinaigrette, homemade enchilada sauce, homemade barbecue sauce, their proprietary seasoning blend, and solo pizza crusts for home pizza-making.

With Chazzie at the helm, she and her staff prepare all the meals in the state-of-the-art facility in Mandeville, which is also their central store location.
